home and hopeful

I’m home and resting in my comfy bed with some good tunes and a smoothie. Jay is taking good care of me and making me feel so loved. Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts today. I am so hopeful that this will be a big step toward fighting this disease. As I rest and relax- I am making spring break plans to return to our favorite place in the keys and summer plans to rent our own cottage on Lake Michigan this summer (near my parents place!) Looking forward to sunshine, laughter and time together with friends and family. Special thanks to our friend Dr. Mike Milam for taking good care of me this morning. (I promise I will take it easy!)
