Hope Scarves Fellows Program – 2026–27 Application

The Hope Scarves Fellows Program is a six-month leadership, service, and storytelling experience for high school and undergraduate students. We are seeking 3–5 students to become our inaugural Founding Fellows.

The Hope Scarves Fellows Program is a leadership, service, and professional development opportunity for high school and undergraduate students interested in making a difference in the lives of people facing cancer.
Fellows will learn about nonprofit leadership, healthcare support, storytelling, volunteerism, and philanthropy while serving as ambassadors for Hope Scarves. The program runs from September through March (with a break in December) and includes monthly meetings, volunteer opportunities, professional exposure experiences, and participation in Hope Scarves’ peer-to-peer fundraising campaign, OutLiving Cancer.

Program Commitment:
  • Attend monthly fellowship meetings (September–March, excluding December)
  • Participate in volunteer and service opportunities
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for Hope Scarves
  • Participate in the OutLiving Cancer fundraising campaign
  • Complete approximately 20–30 hours of engagement during the program
