Colors of Courage 2025 was a great success!
Colors of Courage will return on Friday, September 11, 2026. Funds raised from this annual event will go directly to support people facing cancer through scarves, stories and research. Stay tuned, more info to come soon.

OutLIVING Cancer 2026
2026 marks the 12th anniversary of OutLIVING Cancer, an annual fundraising event to help sustain the mission of Hope Scarves – supporting people facing cancer through scarves, stories & research. Several Louisville events, as well as a virtual opportunity for those outside of Kentucky, will make up this year’s event. Join us OutRUNNING, OutPICKLEING, OutDANCING or OutLIVE Cancer vitually doing whatever brings you joy. Last year we raise over $110K dollars!!! Help us make this year even more impactful!
