Maria connected with Hope Scarves in 2017 and has honored us with her story and returned scarf. Here she shares facing Stage 3 Breast Cancer with her loved one’s arms around her.
Eliza was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer at 35. We love how she finds beauty in the little things in life and carries a smile wherever she goes. The scarf she sent back to us now carries that first story and her own!
Christina is crafty, caring and dedicated to helping others – all while facing a rare form of breast cancer (Metaplastic). Her thoughts on “dropping anchor” to weather the storm touched us all.
Mary Lynn is a bright spark. Diagnosed in 2016 with Endometrial Adenocarcinoma, she shortly thereafter received a Hope Scarf. She then honored us by donating her story and more scarves to our program. We are so happy to share a little about this special bluegrass lady!
